| If more than 44 players are signed up by 10:30 am on February 6th, first place will be the $5150 seat and $4300 cash. |

Signups close at 10:30 am on February 6th. Flights will be randomly drawn, with the first flight starting at 11 am, and the second flight starting at 3pm. |

Each flight will play down to 15 players, the chips will be “bagged and tagged”, and all players return on Monday, February 8th at 7:00pm with the winner getting the $5150 seat. |

If we do not get 45 players, we will play down to the final 10 players, the chips will be “bagged and tagged”, and the players will return on Monday, February 8th at 7pm. |

This is not a “winner takes all” event! We will be paying multiple spots. Any amounts won over $5000 will have taxes withheld. |
